Overview
The 5-Day Mid-Range Great Migration Safari takes you to Serengeti’s prime locations to witness the awe-inspiring migration of wildebeests and zebras. Enjoy thrilling game drives, stunning scenery, and comfortable mid-range lodges for a truly memorable wildlife experience.
Itinerary
• Morning: Pickup from Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport. Drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Witness the park’s large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees.
• Afternoon: Picnic lunch in the park while spotting diverse wildlife.
• Evening: Overnight stay at Omega View Hotel.
• Morning: After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, passing by a Maasai Boma for a cultural experience.
• Afternoon: Game drive through the iconic Serengeti plains, home to predators and large herds of wildebeest.
• Evening: Overnight at Serengeti Safari Lodge or Kontiki Camp.
• Morning: Option for a Balloon Safari ($550 per person) with a panoramic view of the Serengeti, followed by a champagne breakfast.
• Afternoon: Full-day game drive in Central Serengeti.
• Evening: Overnight at the same lodge/camp
• Morning: After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive in one of the most wildlife-rich areas in Africa.
• Afternoon: Picnic lunch on the crater floor with views of hippos and other animals.
• Evening: Overnight at Omega View Hotel
Day 5: Departure
• Morning: Drive back to Arusha or transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.

The Cost Includes

- Food all along the trip(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a cup of coffee or tea) and accommodations during the trip in hotels with family environment
- Transportation, food, accommodation and insurance of Guide during the trip
- Down jacket, all-season sleeping bag, duffel bag and trekking map(in case if you don’t have your own. Down jacket, sleeping bag and duffel bag must be returned after completion of the trip)
- First Aid Medical Kit(Your guide will carry the Medical Kit but we also advise to bring yourself for your own use, as far as possible)
- All the required permits and paperwork
